Legacy Concierge is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care in clients' homes, typically on 8–12 hour shifts. You will build meaningful relationships while delivering personalized care and maintaining strict privacy and safety standards.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of caregiving experience or a CA Registered Home Care Aide certification, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.
At Legacy Concierge, we believe every client deserves personalized, one-on-one care. As a Caregiver, you’ll provide dedicated 1:1 care to one client at a time in the comfort of their home, typically for an 8–12 hour shift. Allowing you to build meaningful relationships, provide personalized support, and make a genuine difference in your client’s daily life while delivering exceptional, concierge-level care.
Legacy Concierge is looking for high-quality caregivers who continuously demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships, and quality care delivery through a person-centered care approach. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who thrive in a personalized care setting, value continuity of care, and seek a meaningful relationship with patients and families.

- What you’ll do
We’re looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for their clients. In a 1:1 setting, your presence, patience, attentiveness, and ability to build trust can make a meaningful difference in a client’s everyday life.
At Legacy Concierge, you have the opportunity to focus on one client at a time, rather than managing multiple clients in a facility or hospital setting. This allows you to slow down, get to know your client, understand their preferences and routines, and provide care that is truly personalized to them.
Your role goes beyond completing a checklist. You may be the person who helps a client feel comfortable starting their morning, prepares their favorite meal, takes them for a walk, assists with personal care, provides companionship, or simply offers a familiar and reassuring presence throughout the day.
If you’re a caregiver who values meaningful relationships, personalized care, consistency, and making a difference in someone’s everyday life, we’d love to hear from you.
Hi Adriana, would you be able to help convince Diane that the language regarding combative clients, assumption of risk, and caregiver injury should be a standalone acknowledgment document completed during onboarding rather than included in the job advertisement?
I absolutely agree that caregivers should receive and sign this information. However, I feel it serves more as a risk-management and onboarding document than a recruiting tool. Including it in the job ad may discourage strong candidates before they have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of working with Legacy Concierge, while a separate signed acknowledgment during onboarding would still ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Caregivers provide non-medical companionship care to clients who require supervision due to advanced age, physical disabilities, or cognitive impairments. In addition to offering companionship, caregivers assist clients with activities essential to independent living that they are unable to perform on their own due to health or age-related limitations. Caregivers are responsible for completing appropriate forms and documentation related to client care, maintaining communication with office staff during emergencies, and adhering to rules and regulations regarding client health and medical information.
It is understood that some clients, due to their mental condition, may exhibit combative behavior. Caregivers are tasked with ensuring the safety of such clients and preventing harm to the clients themselves or others. Thus, by accepting a job as a caregiver, and to the maximum extent allowed by law, caregivers assume the risk that clients may be combative and that they may be injured.
If a caregiver is uncomfortable with these responsibilities or the associated risks, they must immediately notify Legacy Concierge management. By not notifying management, caregivers affirm their ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations, and accept the inherent risks of the role.
