Weekend Caregivers Needed – Set Schedules, 12-Hour Shifts & Fill-In Opportunities!

Home Care Assistance – Albuquerque, NM

Are you looking for a caregiving job with a consistent schedule or extra hours to fit your availability? Home Care Assistance is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their own homes.

We currently have several client assignments available, including weekday and weekend schedules, 12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and fill-in opportunities for caregivers looking for additional hours.

Each regular client assignment has a set schedule, and caregivers must be available to work all days and hours listed for the client they accept. Fill-in shifts may vary based on client needs and availability.

Current Available Schedules

Schedule 1: 12-Hour Day Shifts

• Thursday–Sunday
• 8:00 AM–8:00 PM each day

Schedule 2: Weekend Shift

• Saturday
• 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Schedule 3: Short Day Shifts

• Tuesday–Saturday
• 10:00 AM–2:00 PM each day

Schedule 4: Short Day Shifts

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 9:00 AM–1:00 PM each day

Additional Opportunities:

• Fill-in shifts when caregivers are needed to cover scheduled visits
• Additional 12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, depending on client needs
• Weekend opportunities for caregivers available Saturdays and Sundays

Please note: Availability may change as positions are filled. Applicants accepting a regular client assignment must be available for the complete schedule listed. Fill-in opportunities depend on current client needs.

Pay & Benefits

• $16/hour: Caregivers with 6+ months of caregiving experience
• $17/hour: Medical Assistants or caregivers with 4+ years of caregiving experience

• Offering companionship and dementia support
