Job summary

Eckerd Connects in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Career Transition Supervisor to organize and supervise the CTS program, coordinating enrollment and case management for participants. You’ll oversee readiness and service programs, ensuring planning, scheduling, and effective implementation of activities across program areas.

You will prepare and submit progress reports, set monthly placement goals, and monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in counseling or related field preferred.
• Two years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Master's degree and broad experience with disadvantaged youth preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must pass a drug screen in compliance with policy.
• Employment contingent on successful nationwide background check.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, administer, and supervise the CTS Program through cohort enrollment and case management.
• Plan and supervise activities of Career Transition Readiness and Career Transition Services Programs.
• Prepare and review activity reports to ensure progress toward objectives.
• Submit reports and maintain records of student progress in CTR/ Career Transition Department.
• Set monthly placement goals and monitor progress; take corrective actions as needed.
• Screen and monitor placement information; audit files for data capture.
• Coordinate and participate in open houses, job fairs, and career days.
• Assign and monitor staff and contract caseloads; manage transfers during relocation.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in counseling or related field

Two years of related experience

Master's degree preferred

Valid driver's license

Drug screen required
