Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC is seeking an energetic educator to teach the basic principles and concepts of career technical education to students at the Carl D Perkins Job Corps Center. You will develop lessons, provide instruction and remedial support to help students attain industry certifications, collaborate with center staff, and align instruction with TARs and training standards.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and community engagement in a career-focused learning

Qualifications

• Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state in which the center is located.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Teach the basic principles and concepts of career technical education to students.
• Develop lessons, activities, and instructional supports to ensure industry certification requirements are met.
• Provide instruction and remedial training to help students obtain industry certifications or complete AT/ACT programs.
• Collaborate with center staff to create schedules and deliver training in workplace contexts.
• Maintain safety, follow TARs and Course Guides, and update eTARs weekly.
