Insights Training GroupLLC is hiring at the Muhlenberg Job Corps Center to teach the basic principles of career technical education skills to students. The role focuses on developing and delivering a compliant CTT program with appropriate training records, ensuring students can pursue industry certifications or advanced training.

The instructor will tailor lessons to each student’s learning style, provide remedial support, and collaborate with partners to align materials with certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to accommodate students with disabilities and provide reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements CTT program in line with course guides and TARs.
• Provides instructional support to help students obtain industry certifications or pursue AT/ACT.
• Create contextual learning opportunities to improve academic skills in CTT settings.
• Tailor teaching methods to individual students' learning styles and goals.
• Deliver training through projects or workplace contexts, using employer input when possible.
• Incorporate work-based learning as a core instructional approach.
