Provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for Safety, Residential Living, Recreation, Security, Student Personnel, Student Leadership and Transportation functions to ensure a safe, supportive, student-centered environment that promotes student achievement, retention, employability, career readiness, and career success. Ensures all departmental operations comply with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Center and corporate policies procedures, and performance standards.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum of one to two years related experience in education. 2 years working with youth and young adults. 4 years of supervisory experience. Previous Job Corps experience preferred.
Postsecondary degree required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Valid State Driver’s License with clean Motor Vehicle Record
(MVR).
