• Provide career search advising students, including alumni.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, deliver, promote career development workshops, information sessions & career events.
• Serve as liaison with colleges.
• Conduct employer site visits to develop and maintain relationships to expand employment opportunities.
• Promote experiential learning related to students' academic studies and career directions.
• Market services of Department of Career Success.
• Participate in all orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with other Career Success personnel to plan and execute career fairs, information sessions, and employer visits.
• Develop and implement an assessment plan for assigned college; maintain data and records needed for monthly and annual reports.
• Track data required for various departmental statistics.
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with all campus constituents.
• Participate in regional, state and national business associations, with emphasis on employer development.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Career Success Coach assists students/alumni with professional development related to career options, the development of professional job search skills & securing employment. The position will serve as a liaison with academic colleges and will help develop & maintain relationships with employers. Standard work week, with some evenings and weekends necessary.
