Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in employment services or related field.
• Experience with unemployment insurance terminology and claims.
• Ability to work with veterans and special-needs clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage career assessment and vocational counseling via interviews and evaluations.
• Register customers for unemployment services and education/training through EmployOklahoma.
• Prepare reports and communicate with employers, claimants and staff.
• Assist with UI claims and benefits processing under supervision.
