University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Career Services Coordinator for the Office of Engineering Career Services. This role leads professional development programs, supports internship/co-op and full-time employment advising, and strengthens industry partnerships for engineering students.
Under supervision, you will coordinate employer engagement events, track student skill development, and collaborate with campus units to enhance career opportunities for MU engineering students.

The Office of Engineering Career Services invites applications for a self-motivated and student-focused professional for the position of Career Services Coordinator. The Office of Engineering Career Services works collaboratively to provide professional development and employment opportunities for students and represents the College of Engineering to employers (including alumni) seeking to recruit Engineering students.
Under the supervision of the Associate Dean and Director of Recruitment and Retention, the Career Services Coordinator will lead co-curricular programs impacting Engineering students' professional development, including but not limited to professional development programming, internship, co-op, and full-time employment advising.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with occasional events required outside of normal hours. Regular onsite work is required.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Salary Range: $53,976 - $65,000 per year
