You'll partner with CSN colleagues to deliver specialized programming for ComArtSci students and select career areas, focusing on career development and program alignment across the college.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in education, counseling, or related area; 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in Human Resources or university career counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ComArtSci-specific and interest area career advising in multiple modalities (in-person, online, group, individual) focusing on career planning and job-search strategies.
• Collaborate with CSN and ComArtSci Career Center staff to deliver comprehensive career services.
• Administer and interpret career assessments in individual and group settings.
• Develop and implement specialized career education programming for students.
• Build relationships with employers and alumni to identify job and internship opportunities.
• Prepare written communications, annual reports, and multimedia materials for distribution to constituents.
