Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Career Services, staffing/recruiting, HR, or workforce counseling.
• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with standard office software.

Role Description

The Career Services Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at ATA College in Fort Myers, FL. This role supports students and graduates by providing individualized career counseling, helping them explore career paths within allied health and prepare for job searches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group advising sessions, reviewing resumes and cover letters, coaching learners on interview techniques, and guiding them in developing job search strategies. The advisor collaborates with faculty and staff to integrate career readiness into programs, maintains relationships with employers, and helps organize career fairs, workshops, and networking events. The role also involves tracking employment outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service to students, alumni, and employer partners.

• 3 years of experience in Career Services, staffing/recruiting, human resources, or workforce counseling are required


• At least an Associate’s Degree is required.


• Excellent computer skills are required.
