Job summary

shareQ is seeking an experienced psychologist to assess beneficiaries’ psychological profiles and capacities in relation to the job market. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and provide personalized recommendations to support employability and career decision-making.

The role requires preparing clear reports, collaborating with the team, and maintaining a compassionate, youth-focused approach when working with diverse beneficiaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a psychologist.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting a variety of psychological assessment tools and techniques, including cognitive assessments, personality inventories, and interest inventories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
• Previous experience in providing one on one sessions for youth with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, establishing trust and rapport with beneficiaries.
• Mission-driven with a social spirit, dedicated to helping individuals in career goals.
• Leadership and initiative to guide beneficiaries and address development areas.
• Stress tolerance and professionalism under pressure during assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychological assessments to evaluate beneficiaries' capacities relevant to the job market.
• Utilize standardized assessment tools to measure cognitive abilities, personality traits, interests, and aptitudes.
• Interpret assessment results and provide comprehensive feedback to the shareQ team.
• Collaborate with the team to address queries or concerns regarding beneficiaries.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress for documentation.
