Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work readiness interventions.
• Coordinate individual instruction in an organized, professional manner.
• Improve job readiness scores and pipeline of work-ready customers.
• Introduce company tools in the classroom.
• Ensure participants complete assignments on schedule.
• Conduct follow-up outreach and document efforts.
• Maintain student assessments in files and databases.
• Collaborate with teams, business partners and staff.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
