What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Co-lead the Career Program, focusing on enhancing career development for Posse Scholars
2. Develop and implement workshops and special events aimed at career enhancement
3. Collaborate with the Director and development staff to cultivate and manage career partnerships
4. Connect Scholars and alumni to various resources for job search support and skill-building
5. Collect data and report on career outcomes to assess program effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree required
2. Strong experience working with youth
3. Experience in corporate settings is a plus
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
5. Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience managing volunteers
