Covenant House New York is seeking a Career Preparation Facilitator to guide youth toward employment, GED prep, and postsecondary training, delivered in person or virtually.
Reporting to the Manager of CovWorks-Shelter, you will develop lesson plans, track progress, support life and interview skills, and collaborate with staff to revise programs, while maintaining accurate attendance and rosters for up to 10 students per class.

The facilitator will help youth meet necessary goals and prepare them for employment, postsecondary coursework, GED preparation, and/or vocational training.
