Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY, where staff deliver career preparation programs for new students in alignment with government and management directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

• Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student, using background files, personal interviews, tests, and a variety of other assessment tools.
• Conduct pre-arrival contacts with potential enrollees; prepare and mail pre-arrival and safe arrival letters on a timely basis, and coordinate arrival activities with other center departments.
• Participate in student employability programs and activities.

What you will be doing
