Workforce Connections, Inc. in Superior, WI seeks a Career Planner to provide person-centered case management and employment planning services that help individuals and families achieve employment, economic stability, and long-term self-sufficiency.

This role collaborates with participants to assess strengths and barriers, develop plans, coordinate services, and connect them with employment, education, training, and community resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience providing case management, employment services, workforce development, or related human services preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with participants, employers, community partners, and coworkers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing high-quality customer service.
• Must obtain Wisconsin FEP certification within required timeframe and maintain certification throughout employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide participant intake, eligibility determination, case management, and employment planning services.
• Develop individualized employment and service plans that support participant success and long-term self-sufficiency.
• Connect participants with employment opportunities, education, training, supportive services, and community resources.
• Build partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand opportunities for participants.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements and organizational policies.
• Manage an assigned caseload while monitoring participant progress and program outcomes.
• Perform other duties consistent with the responsibilities of the position.
