The location is Fort Dodge, IA, with a standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday workday pattern. Core responsibilities include customer service, career coaching, labor market guidance, and employer engagement within the American Job Center network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university in any field.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, respectful customer service in all interactions.
• Assist job seekers with resumes, cover letters, and interview prep.
• Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions in-person or virtually.
• Document services and appointments in the database system.
• Refer customers to workshops and employment events.
