Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Shelton, CT is seeking a Career Services Advisor to help our students and graduates launch successful careers by guiding their job search and bridging education with employment. You will coach job seekers, deliver workshops on resumes and interviews, and build strong ties with local employers to create opportunities.

You will coordinate events, develop a pipeline of opportunities, track graduate outcomes, and maintain compliant records to support accreditation and student success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, career services, sales, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to groups and on the phone.
• Relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
