Job summary

VTC in Fargo, ND seeks a leader to guide the Career Pathways program, aligning services with each person's goals and coordinating staff, employers, and community partners to secure a job that the individual chooses.

You will supervise staff, set performance targets, and manage outcomes across discovery, studio-based learning, internships, and job coaching while ensuring compliance and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Required: one of the three degree/experience paths listed under Qualifications.
• Complete DD Module training and become certified within first 18 months.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Satisfactory results on all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead VTC's Beyond Services Career Pathways model and organize services around each person's goals.
• Guide a full continuum of services including discovery, learning, internships, paid work, and career advancement.
• Directly supervise and evaluate the Career Pathways Program Supervisor and coaches.
• Set measurable goals for employer outreach, job placements, wages, and retention.
• Build relationships with employers, chambers of commerce, and community partners.
• Identify employer needs and help develop customized employment opportunities.
• Manage the Career Pathways budget including revenue, expenses and margins.
• Ensure documentation, billing, and compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, wage-and-hour rules.
