The Full Employment Council, Inc. is seeking a Career Navigator to provide career counseling and recruitment services for potential clients in Kansas City, Northland and Independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a leadership or functional area.
• Counseling or related field experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation/auto insurance.
• Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and recruitment services for FEC clientele.
• Assist clients in developing training and employment strategies.
• Provide pre- and post-employment guidance and follow-up to ensure training and employment success.
