Must hold a Master’s degree in school counseling with an active IDOE license or have substantial career coaching/workforce development experience.

Responsibilities

Counsel students individually and in groups to develop and maintain viable career plans.
Provide career readiness counseling aligned with Indiana Career Coaching Framework.
Support work-based learning experiences and on-the-job training for students.
Coordinate with sending schools, instructors, and employers to connect students with opportunities.
Present information on colleges, trades, and career options to students and parents.
Organize Career Fairs, partnership days, and career discovery meetings.
