Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required for all levels.
• Entry-Level needs no experience; one year related experience preferred.
• Level 2 requires two years’ related experience in manufacturing or automotive.
• Level 3 needs five years’ experience with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and install components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Install rivets and bolts using tools.
• Route wires, cables, and tubing.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
