Job summary

Glendale Community College is seeking a student-focused Program Analyst - Career Navigator to help students build pathways into high-demand IT careers. You will guide students from first contact through completion and into the workforce, supporting admissions, financial aid, and registration.

The role uses CRM and student information systems to manage caseloads, document services, and report outcomes. Collaboration with faculty and industry partners is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related full-time work experience.
• Two (2) years of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advisement, career navigation, and success coaching from admissions through program completion.
• Coordinate recruitment, outreach, orientations, workshops, and community engagement activities.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain student, program, and workforce data; prepare reports and dashboards.
