Del Mar College is seeking a part-time Grant-Funded Career Navigator to support recruitment and outreach for the Texas Talent Connection Grant Program. The role includes enrollment, eligibility determination, intake processes, student support, and administrative duties across campuses.

You will track attendance, progress, credential attainment, and job placement for grant reports, connect students with college resources, and coordinate with community partners to promote persistence and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Two (2) years of related experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and recruitment activities for TTC grant.
• Assist with enrollment and eligibility determinations.
• Handle intake processes and student support tasks.
• Track attendance, progress, credential attainment and job placement for reporting.
• Coordinate with community partners to promote training and job-placement opportunities.
• Travel between campuses to work with students and staff.
• Maintain participant records and required documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and grant deliverables.
