Job summary

The Hollister Group is seeking a Career Navigator on a contract-to-hire basis in Boston, MA. The role provides job-search coaching, career guidance, and supports readiness activities such as resume support and interview prep.

You will facilitate workshops and help participants identify employment opportunities while building relationships with employers and community partners. Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, experience with workforce development or client-facing

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Experience or familiarity with workforce development or client-facing coaching/support.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; comfort learning new systems).
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations; professional and discreet with confidential information.

• Facilitate workshops and group sessions focused on professional development and employment skills.
• Help participants identify and pursue employment opportunities during and after training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, community partners, and internal stakeholders to support outcomes.
• Maintain participant communication and follow-up, and track progress/documentation in required systems.
• Support additional projects and duties as needed.
