Trinity Industries, Inc. is hiring a Career Material Handler / Driver at our Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX.

The Material Handler / Driver position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn’t shy away from challenges.

What you'll do:

• Use the ERP system (BPCS/LX) to perform inventory transactions and inquiries, including mobile barcode devices
• Optimize storage locations based on part velocity and volume policies
• Act as backup for multiple areas when required
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, man-lifts, pallet jacks to move material
• Ensure material counts are accurate and stored according to policies and procedures
• Identify part types and storage methods for assigned areas
• Perform put-away and picking functions using BPCS barcode devices
• Maintain accurate stock counts, locations, and product IDs
• Rearrange material for optimization as directed
• Complete all required paperwork
• Follow all safety rules and practices
• Participate in safety committees or initiatives if involved
