Job Description
These positions are responsible for performing routine maintenance of grounds such as mowing grass, picking up trash, and basic equipment maintenance.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. The work schedule is Mon-Fri from 7:00am to 3:30pm. This position requires the incumbent to spend a majority of the workday outside in all elements.
Essential Duties

• Providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees
• Mowing grass, pulling weeds, and assists in trimming trees and shrubs
• Picking up trash, recyclables, and other debris from grounds
• Operating lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other equipment
• Performing basic maintenance
• Maintaining recreational fields by dragging, aerating, and lining fields
• Cleaning, mopping, and maintaining supplies
• Assisting with special projects such as setting up and taking down for events, performing equipment maintenance, and other activities as needed

Other Job Requirements/Information

• This job may require occasional work after-hours and weekends.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE IThe grade for this position is A12(2). Salary range of $34,558 to $39,309. Salary will be dependent on education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
• Valid driver's license

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE IIThe grade for this position is A13(2). Salary range of $37,582 to $42,749. Salary will be dependent on education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of ground maintenance experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
• Valid driver's license
