As a Service Technician, you will join a dedicated team of tradespeople who prioritize the physical appearance, preventative maintenance, and ongoing service needs of our apartment communities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver timely, clear, and courteous customer service 100% of the time.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems.
• Respond to service tickets swiftly, document and communicate service status consistently.
• Build trust and positive rapport with residents while making repairs.
• Monitor apartment vacancies and initiate the turnover process.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safeguard equipment.
• Conduct daily community walks, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with leasing and customer experience teams on maintenance-related matters.
• Contribute to team success by achieving individual and team goals.

The hourly range for this role is $22.39-$34.83 (subject to experience)

Additional Compensation: This role may be eligible for monthly and annual bonus programs.
