The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), a valid in-state teaching certificate or waiver, and prior teaching or Job Corps experience. Collaboration across departments is essential to student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• A valid in-state teaching certificate or waiver required.
• Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and training to students in the Career Education Center.
• Develop individual achievement plans and academic goals to ensure student achievement.
• Infuse applied academics into CTT curricula to enhance student learning and success.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
• Exceed DOL/Company performance goals and deliver quality programs and services for students.
• Mentor and supervise the student population; hold students accountable for conduct.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure effective supervision and services.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
