Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice weekends and weekdays.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on Flexo according to setup techniques.
• Inspect dies before and after runs and perform repairs as needed.
• Ensure bolts for cutting dies are in place and secured.
• Monitor box quality including liner, warp, size, and print; check rolls for damage.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating machinery at capacity and speed.
• Assist operators and team with machine duties.
• Complete production reports accurately and timely (Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data).
• Submit maintenance work orders for needed repairs.
• Complete annual food packaging safety training and report safety risks.
• Adhere to production schedule and propose improvements to meet cost, quality and service goals.
