BronxWorks is seeking a Career Development Specialist to support residents across Bronx communities with job-readiness workshops, career planning, and retention services that help individuals progress toward stable employment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Associate degree acceptable with equivalent experience), strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. You will work to meet funder goals and help members develop comprehensive career plans.
