Job summary

White Cap in San Francisco is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee to join its Career Development Program. You will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and a 12–18 month rotation through warehouse, customer service, and management areas.

The program offers rotational assignments, dedicated mentors, a tailored learning curriculum, exposure to senior leadership, and a capstone project. Start between March and June and relocate as needed for the program.

As an Operations Leader Trainee in White Cap’s Career Development Program, you will have the opportunity to engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to develop the skills and knowledge that will accelerate your career through a 12–18 month training program. Throughout the program, you'll learn everything from the warehouse, where it all begins, to customer service, management, and beyond.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.

• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Pay Range

$23.50-$32.80 Hourly

California law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
