Qualifications

• 2 years experience in career counseling, case management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Education, or related field or 5 years equivalent experience with HS Diploma.
• Strong counseling, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads of 30+ participants and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency in data systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital workspaces (examples: common AI tools, Sharepoint, MS Teams).
• Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and case management to a caseload of 30+ participants.
• Meet performance targets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize data systems and MS Office tools to track progress and outcomes.
