This position provides foundational career coaching services for students in the College of Engineering, including individual appointments, workshop facilitation, and career education programming. The Career Coach I supports students in exploring career pathways, developing professional skills, and navigating the job and internship search process.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to student development, strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
