Qualifications

• Knowledge of workforce development and career counseling practices.
• Strong case management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology tools.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Workforce experience and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
