McPherson|Berry is seeking a motivated Career Consultant to support candidates in career transition through one-to-one coaching, training, and group facilitation in a fully remote role.

You will guide clients across sectors, maintain records, and collaborate with stakeholders while helping expand our career transition services. This part-time, contractor position offers flexible hours and a remote Midwest or West Coast location.

• Significant HR/Recruiting and/or Business experience, usually in a corporate setting.
• College degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Good organization and time management skills

Job description

This is a remote position. McPherson|Berry is looking to expand our team of Career Consultants working alongside our team to deliver both one-to-one support and group learning to our clients. The Career Consultant will be responsible for supporting candidates in career transition. The Career Consultant will be responsible for utilizing and guiding candidates on the full range of career transition resources. We would also look for creative input into expanding and developing our career transition services as well as the ability to work closely with our clients and other stakeholders.

Location

Virtual position located in the Midwest or West Coast.
