Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide career consultations to members, educating them on the current labor marketplace and assisting with resume building and interview preparation.
  • Catalog member trends to share with the recruiting team.
  • Conduct employment-related research and assist the recruitment team with reporting and other data management.
  • Provide support in coordination of recruitment projects and other related initiatives.
  • Participate in and provide analytical support for the design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs.
  • Represent and promote the company to members by providing information, career resource support, responding to questions, and collecting feedback from placed members.
  • Handle and prioritize a range of advanced administrative duties.
  • Administer post-placement status checks and surveys with active members to ensure high-quality member engagement.

Essential Skills

  • Prior recruitment or career services experience.
  • Experience with project coordination.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Documents.
  • Ability to connect with members and possess a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with wide latitude for judgment and initiative.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with opportunities for growth within the organization. You will work primarily in the EST and MST time zones.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr.
