No prior AI experience is required. This remote, contractor role welcomes coaches who can adapt to diverse career goals and backgrounds, using active listening and clear communication to offer practical, supportive guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Career Coach, Counselor, Advisor, or Mentor.
• Hands-on experience in career planning, job searches, interviews, or professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Comfortable working remotely and in paired conversations.
