• Assess job seekers' interests and aptitudes to guide career options.
• Conduct intake and determine eligibility for grant-funded programs.
• Provide resume help, interview prep, and job search strategies.
• Share labor market information and training opportunities.
• Maintain case files and document services provided.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and coaching to help customers enhance their training and skillset.
• Expand job seeker employment opportunities through career exploration strategies and referrals.
• Assist with resume development, mock interviews, and career planning services.
• Provide labor market information to help set realistic career goals.
• Navigate job search skills and industry trends with participants.
• Enter and manage participant data and required program documentation.
