Grant-funded position through December 2025.
Flexible hours primarily during the school day, averaging 20 hours per week with a maximum of 29 hours.
Summer hours will be minimal and event-based.
This position begins with the 2025-26 school year.
The MSD of Wayne Township seeks career coaches to partner with Inspire Success for professional development, training, and support through the READY Career Coaching program. Career coaches will support professional school counselors by providing specialized expertise and resources to current juniors and seniors across Wayne Township high schools, enhancing career development programs aligned with Indiana's Career Coaching Framework. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Office of College and Career Readiness and Student Services to offer learning and experiential opportunities that promote college and career readiness, increasing students’ access to post-secondary education and successful career transitions.

Experience working with high school students is required. Teaching or counseling licenses are preferred but not mandatory.
