• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in technology, STEM, workforce development, or industry partnerships.
• Experience working across institutions and professional cultures.
• Experience helping students or early-career talent with career pathways and internships.
• Strong understanding of workforce trends and credential pathways in tech/data fields.
• Proven ability to build and sustain employer and industry partner relationships.
• Ability to communicate across education and industry contexts with credibility.
• Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building with executives and professionals.
• Strategic thinking to translate labor-market signals into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Coach students in identifying and pursuing future-ready career pathways.
• Support student career exploration integrating coursework, dual enrollment and applied experiences.
• Help students develop professional portfolios and career narratives.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to align career guidance with curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Engage industry partners to understand skill demands and credential pathways.
