• Ability to successfully complete required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals by identifying strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Assist with resumes, job applications, interview prep, and job readiness.
• Identify job openings and match participants with employers.
• Develop connections with local businesses and promote inclusive hiring.
• Provide job coaching, onboarding, and follow-up support.
• Help participants build confidence, workplace skills, and long‑term employment success.
• Maintain accurate case notes and reports.
• Travel locally to meet with participants, employers, and partners.
