Triangle, Inc. is hiring a Career Advancement Specialist at Broadway Day Services in Malden, MA. The role focuses on equipping adults with disabilities to achieve career and personal goals, expanding their participation in supported employment, and progressing toward competitive employment in the community.

The successful candidate will foster a positive environment, build employer partnerships, and provide individualized coaching and data-driven progress reporting to families and supervisors.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; additional Education preferred.
• One to Three years of Human Services experience preferred.
• Some Marketing and/or Sales experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR and Safety Care or willingness to become certified.
• Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record required.
• Personal vehicle required.

Responsabilidades

• Equip individuals with disabilities with job readiness skills to secure employment or collegiate pathways.
• Create an inviting, exciting, innovative learning environment.
• Lead in developing and implementing activities and opportunities focused on personal and professional development.
• Assist in development and implementation of new career and social experiences to meet goals.
• Produce weekly supported employment schedule and monitor contracts.
