Strawberry.me is a coaching platform on a mission to make coaching accessible. We connect coaches with clients who are actively investing in their careers and lives — and we handle everything that isn't coaching, so you can focus on what you do best: coaching.

The Role

As a Strawberry.me coach, you'll lead 1:1 virtual video sessions with clients who are genuinely committed to growth, supported by our platform and coaching tools between calls. This is a contract role with flexible hours — you set your own schedule.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Coach training (completed)
• At least 50 hours of coaching experience
• Career coaching experience
• Based in and authorized to work in the United States (we're not able to accept international applicants at this time)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable coaching over video

Compensation
