About the Role

The Company is in search of a Career Coach to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one‑on‑one coaching to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent alumni, on a wide range of career‑related topics. This includes but is not limited to: career exploration, developing professional competencies, conducting job searches, and applying for post‑graduate education. The role also involves the development and delivery of presentations, workshops, and programs to support the career and professional development of the student community. The Career Coach will be an integral part of the team, working closely with academic departments, student organizations, and other campus partners to foster relationships and maintain a strong network of support for students.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one career coaching for undergraduate and graduate students, and recent alumni.
• Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and programs to support career and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (human development, psychology, sociology, or related area).

• Experience with career development theories, personality theory, and vendor products for the career services field.
