Harvard University’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health seeks a Career Coach/Advisor within OCPD to support a diverse, international community of over 1,200 master's and doctoral public health students. The role emphasizes individualized coaching, career development, and connection to resources and networks.
You will conduct 30–45 minute sessions, offer workshops and events, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and employers to advance students' career readiness in person or online.
As a member of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD), the Career Coach/Advisor plays an important role in helping a diverse, international community of over 1,200 master's- and doctoral-level public health students leverage their public health education and training in support of their career and professional development.

This position has a 90 day orientation and review period. The O&R period will be waived for any internal Harvard employee transfers.

This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that some of the duties and responsibilities can be effectively performed at a non-Harvard location.
