Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in career coaching, workforce development, or related fields.

• Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold students accountable with professionalism.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career coaching and case management to Fiber Optics students.
• Recruitment, outreach, and enrollment activities.
• Assist students with resumes, interview preparation, job search strategies, and career planning.
• Maintain regular communication with students to support retention and completion.
• Build relationships with employers to identify hiring opportunities.
• Conduct career readiness workshops and professional development sessions.
• Maintain accurate case notes, student records, and outcome tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.
