Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking passionate Personal Trainers and Small Group Instructors to join our Ocala club. You will train individuals and small groups, helping members reach personal fitness goals with a supportive, results-focused team.

We value certified professionals, strong customer service, and a positive attitude. On-the-job training is provided; sales experience is a plus as you help grow our client base within a 24/7 fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified personal trainers (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality.
• Experience and/or related degrees encouraged; on-the-job training provided.
• Sales background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal training sessions and small group instruction at the club.
• Help clients build and maintain fitness goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and motivate clients daily.
• Collaborate with team to build a strong training clientele and client retention.
