Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking a remote-based professional to counsel and sell career services to working professionals. You will conduct consultative conversations, understand client needs, and present solutions that drive value and revenue.

You'll build relationships, handle objections, and guide prospects through the funnel with timely follow-ups while maintaining accurate CRM records and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in career counselling, sales, B2C sales, inside sales, education counselling, recruitment, or business development.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong listening, counselling and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Good objection-handling, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with focus on sales and revenue goals.
• Comfortable making calls and engaging with working professionals.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with working professionals through leads generated by the marketing team.
• Understand prospects' career backgrounds, goals, challenges, and professional requirements.
• Conduct counselling sessions and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients.
• Present Prime Pathways career services and solutions, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Address queries, concerns and objections to help prospects make informed decisions.
• Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call updates and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Achieve individual counselling, conversion and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Senior Consultants and other team members to facilitate the sales process.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for prospects throughout counselling and conversion journey.
